I’m an independent user experience consultant. I specialise in interaction design for mobile and connected devices. I can help you design services that better meet your customers' needs.

I work with Mobile Experience as a senior user experience (UX) consultant. In the past I’ve worked for News Corp Australia as the lead UX architect for Mobile, and for the NSW Department of Education as a UX consultant.

Prior to specialising in human centred design (2008) I worked as a digital producer, CMS implementation consultant, and software developer.

I hold a Graduate Certificate in Interactive Multimedia from UTS, and a Diploma in Software Development from the Northern Sydney Institute of TAFE.

    Twitters API availability resulted in many ways to experience its service. Based on usability testing and a small survey we compared the different approaches taken to deliver twitter on mobile devices at the time. Co-presented with Oliver Weidlich.
